Anger

In the video Ron gets mad because they put him on hold then they asked him for the account number he gets even more mad because has to keeps telling them that he already gave them the account number. He says that he has to call every month for the same reason, and If I would have been in his situation I would wait to be calm then I would call and try to work things out with the person instead of throwing the phone.
